I think what will work the best is going through Paypal to purchase the book, and then sending me a follow-up email (testosterhome-at-gmail-dot-com) with the information for the inscription.

Also – you can use Google Checkout to send e-mail invoices and manage sales of your book from within your existing gmail account. We use it all the time just for invoicing each other for recreational team t-shirts. Just a thought
