Back!

Thanks to all of you kind people who emailed wondering why my blog had disappeared. One day last week, Testosterhome just kinda of vanished, on account of it had R-U-N-N-O-F-T.

The truth is there was some sort of migration issue, of which I received several many emails warning me this was going to happen and all I needed to do to avoid this was blergetty blerg blerg… It actually had real words that clearly explained what I needed to do but we were packing for vacation. And my son is flying to SOUTH AMERICA this week and all other things — blog most definitely included — fell much further down on the priority list. Down there with…oh, all of the things.

So I started getting sweet emails and a few texts and I thought “hmmm. Maybe I should have paid attention to those top priority emails?” But I was on vacation. In the mountains. With tons of our friends (our entire community, all those who could, packed up and went on vacation together at a lake in North Carolina!). So I was distracted.

Anyway, all this is to say my awesome friend/website manager Dorian stepped in to save the day and here we are. Thanks, D!

We are back from our week vacation which means I spent yesterday evening frantically unpacking (I like to time myself to get everything put away) so that today I can sit in a chair and stare out the window and wish I was back in my cabin in the woods. No, no, it’s great to be home yes, yes, I want to be back on vacation.

If you follow me on Instagram you can take a look at all 25 pictures I took last week. Yup, in true relaxation form I brought my crazy awesome camera nowhere with us and used my phone for the minimal pics I actually did snap.

In other news, six years ago tomorrow, this happened:

oh boys

Life is so very sweet* indeed.

*wild. crazy. outrageous. an adventure.
